Managing Director Neils was the founder, managing director of Russon Structural Engineering Firm, he was as a field engineer on the Brigham and Women’s Hospital project in Arkansas.

ROBERT KUTCHER

Managing Partner Robert began his career with Russon Structural Engineering Firm in New York in 2000 and progressed through a variety of assignments.

STEVE MILNER

Operational Manager Steve joined Russon Structural Engineering Firm as an assistant engineer in the company’s Wynne office in 2001.
